  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Très Chic Planning recently planned a Corporate Mental Health Awareness event--and it was a HOOT! This was a challenging event, but the client gave free reign in terms of making the event come alive. One of the most rewarding things about this event was having CHILDREN ask if the event would be duplicated the following year because it was "fun" and informative.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Before you decide on an event planner--always request a sit down meeting. Discuss your ideas and get a feel for the type of person / people you will be working with. If you are okay with giving someone freedom to create an experience for you--LET THEM. Planners are creative by nature--we want you to enjoy your event without any worries. Besides, if you're spending money it's always best to spend it on experiences--not things.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Event Planners have relationships with Vendors and have tons of resources to best negotiate on your behalf. You may spend less money and definitely have less stress planning your own event using a Professional Planner.
