Latest Review: Liz rocks!
My husband and I delayed getting in shape for my wedding until two months before but Liz did an amazing job getting me toned up. I used to do body pump and barre, but those classes don't compare to the changes I've seen since working with Liz. We got back from my honeymoon and signed back up for another three months with her, and I expect to continue further. We even followed her to her new gym because we were so happy with her and didn't feel the other trainers compared. At this point, I'm addicted to the results I'm seeing and feeling!
Liz pushes me further than I will ever push myself, but she knows what I can and can't do. My favorite thing about Liz, that I think sets her apart, is her ability to always incorporate new moves into the workout. I have given up thinking I'm going to nail the next workout because I know she'll find a way to make it challenging and show me something new, which, for me, makes it worth it. I've learned so much that I can use in the future and feel confident when I do go to the gym that I know how to use the equipment and do the routines.
You have to trust that your personal trainer is going to make sure your body shapes the way you want it to. I completely trust Liz. She has already proven to me that she knows exactly how to get the results I want. Her knowledge of training is exceptional and she has an answer to every question or problem. She can cater to injuries and correct your form for optimal results.
Liz goes above and beyond what I thought a normal trainer would do -- making sure we're doing effective workouts on our off days, answering all of our questions outside of our session, working with our work schedule, and she actually has an entire plan for achieving my goals instead of simply working everything or trying pieces.
Besides all of that, Liz is just an incredibly friendly, energetic, and encouraging person. I've really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
