We hired Patrick Schroder to do extensive repairs on our home in Stono Ferry while we were relocating out of state. We had a buyer and a clear list of inspection items. In the beginning he was pleasant and somewhat dependable. As he moved down the list it became harder and harder to get him to return calls and emails. He submitted a final bill and description of work, we paid him, only to find out he has not finished the last of the work and had left debris. Every attempt we made to get in touch with him failed.
