- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After communicating either through email, social media or phone, I will set up an appointment to verify the scope of the work and either provide a more accurate estimate or a hourly rate and estimated time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive customer service training and experience in one of the most stressful work environments imaginable. I attended Trident Technical College and Columbia Southern University working towards a fire science degree. I achieved my certification as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator while in the Fire Service, which sharpened my analytical and problem solving skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in Charleston, my family owned a General Contracting company. So I grew up repairing homes during the summers as a kid and continued during my career as a firefighter.
