BE CAREFUL!! We had a horrible experience with this company after we had gotten a Living Social deal with them. Know that you will pay far more than the Living Social deal as well. We hired these guys to help us move from Alta Shores in North Charleston to a home in West Ashley. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment, basically with a couch, large chair, a king size bed, a large mirror and a desk. We wanted to keep the time we needed them to a minimum, so we had everything essentially packed in large boxes besides the large furniture. The time starts when they leave their location, so if it takes a half hour for them especially long to get there, that's on your dime. These two showed up and we explained that we really just wanted the large stuff moved. They did a fine job of moving the couch, large chair etc. We were told later that it would be extra for each set of stairs that were at the location. We were also charged for the plastic wrap and such (which we expected, but just as a heads up in case you aren't aware). We offered the guys cold Vitamin Waters and tried to be especially considerate of the fact that this is hard labor and it was warm out (June in Charleston). The one guy who seemed to handle the schedule or run the business was often taking breaks answering calls on his cell phone that seem to be associated with the business, however, we are paying for his time and this happened fairly often. When we got to the house in West Ashley and got everything moved in, we found that the large mirror was broken. They wrote on the receipt that they would replace it. At the end, they told us we owed $300 (on top of the $199 we had already paid with the Living Social) and . My husband, who tends to be non-confrontational, paid with his credit card.To make a long story short, we have followed up and followed up and followed up for over a year, and the owner has not replaced the mirror despite always saying that they will. We should have just asked for a credit or not paid until they fixed the situation. When my husband called, the guy actually had the audacity to say, "come pick it up yourself, we're trying to run a business here," when the whole reason we hired the moving company is because we don't have a vehicle large enough to transport things like that mirror. Customer service - awful. If they break something, don't pay them until it gets fixed/replaced otherwise they won't replace it... after all, you've already paid and they "have a business to run." And don't be surprised when they show up 45 minutes later despite that mapquest says it should only take 15 minutes... after all, money obviously trumps being a respectable, honest company. I would never recommend them.

0 RATING... Driver cancelled after waiting 3 hours for them to show up claiming they were in an accident. NO TRUCK, NO MOVERS EVER CAME. No call from the company. No return calls from the company still after five days. All straight to voicemail. HORRENDOUS. You've been warned.
