Daniel is great at what he does. He knows how to uncomplicate things when it comes to your fitness and nutrition goals. As far as personal training he has great balance of pushing you harder while making you feel that you're doing great work. He is very thoughtful and efficient when it comes to his work. Daniel is not only an excellent trainer, but he's extremely knowledgable and helpful with food and nutrition as well. Traditional gyms weren't working for me. Daniel provided the accountability that I needed to get and stay in shape long-term. I highly recommend his services.
