Hello, my name is Stephen Wine, and I am the personal chef you're looking for. All of my culinary experience comes from premier farm to table restaurants in the Southeast. As a personal chef, I specialize in cooking from CSA programs and local meat shares. I am well-versed in taking local ingredients, and applying them to the various cuisines of Southeast Asia, as well as good old Southern American.
My specialties include bulgogi beef, spring Thai curry, sesame fried rice, soba noodle soup, banh mi sandwich, classic American burger, pulled pork, fresh caught fish and seasonal vegetables, local shellfish, cakes, cookies and pies.
