Chef Laurie was SO awesome! She came to our rented house this past weekend to cook appetizers and a low country boil for me and my friends, and it was so delicious! Chef Laurie was also really fun and energetic, and made our experience so memorable. It was also super easy to go over the menu and scheduling with her on the phone, and I could tell she really loves what she does by her excitement. I would highly recommend, and if I lived in Charleston I would 100% hire her for all of my catering needs!
Excellent service👍 Chef Frisco made my daughter's Debut /Graduation Party very "personal". Everything were delicious --- chicken both bake & fried were moist and full of flavor. Seafood Gumbo was gone instantly! No leftover either of the Beef brisket 😋 For me, the big winner is the grilled vegetables (super yum!) Price is very reasonable too. The whole package is FANTASTIC🎉
We are a group of 8 sisters who were celebrating our 20th anniversary of our annual "sister trip"! Having a personal chef is something we have talked about for years. Our dear Mother is 95 and had recently fallen seriously ill. We were not even sure if we would make the trip, right up to the last minute. Renee assured me that either way, she would be right on it. Renee was so easy to work with and helped me to customize a fabulous menu! She even adjusted the time, earlier than originally planned, to accommodate us. The food was FANTASTIC, plentiful, flavorful and fresh! Her homemade peach cobbler put Paula Dean's to shame! Renee and her assistant, Matt, joined right in with us; sharing stories and enjoying the banter that only a family can understand! She and Matt were just delightful AND they cleaned the kitchen and packed up all the leftovers for us to munch on later! This was definitely a highlight of our trip and we would ALL recommend Renee to anyone looking for an affordable GREAT meal! Since returning from our trip, we have suffered the sudden loss of a dear brother-in-law and are still caring for our Mother. Renee and Matt have reached out in sympathy, caring and support! We couldn't ask for more. I will try to post a picture or two but I am not the "techy" in the family. Thanks Renee for such a wonderful meal and great memories! Chef Win catered two meals for us in Charleston at an air bnb we were staying at. It was for a friend's wedding and there were 15 of us. He prepared the welcome meal on Saturday night and brunch on Sunday. We were all blown away. EVERYTHING was so well done, he is such a professional and a pleasure to work with and made it all so easy. I would highly recommend and endorse him. In the words of my friend "the food was so good even my picky daughter ate everything" Well done Chef Win - I was an honor getting to know you.
Jay was such a one of kind chef! Her personality is amazing. The fact that she was able to multitask and get to it and serve us in a timely manner was such a God send. I look forward to working with her in the future.
This was the single best catered event I have ever done. Chef Brittany is thorough, thoughtful and a pleasure to be around. Her food? Unbelievable. Everyrhing was made from scratch and so delicious. This will not be the last time we use Chef Brittany.
I have a lot of experience with personal chefs and caterers. Sarah is by far the best chef I have ever hired. Usually catered food doesn't cut the mustard for my food savy guests, but with her years of experience at Charlestons best restaurants she blew us all away. I keep dreaming about the lettuce wraps! She was great with our guests, a true pleassure to be around. I will literally never hire another personal chef again. Rumor has it that she is also shooting a pilot for her own show with the food network...
I first met Chef Thurston at an event at the Santuary on Kiawah Island. I was impressed with his attention to detail, presentation and his focus on local sustainable ingredients. When I found out he had formed his own catering company, I knew his expertise would be perfect for my daughters wedding. I was right! My husband is such a picky eater, sometimes worse than a child, I told Chef Mac what he will eat and Chef took it and ran with it, my husband ate every course and raved about the taste!
