I have been working with Kim Johnson for the past year and I can honestly say that she has been instrumental in truly helping me to take my life to levels that I never really believed possible. I started as one of Kims Coaching clients in January of 2014. I was looking for coaching on a more personal (life coaching) capacity and soon discovered her talents for business coaching as well. Kim is caring and honest and she is very creative. Within a few weeks of starting my coaching program I saw huge benefits in connecting with Kim. She's a keen listener and comes up with creative tips and techniques to tackle challenges. She is direct and sincere and I love that she is able to tell it like it is, which is something I looked for in a coach. Thanks to Kim I have grown tremendously as a person and in my business. For many years I have been wanting to pull all my life's experiences together and create a business/passion. Like so many of us, I couldn't get out of my own way. Kim changed all of that for me. Working with Kim helped me to clear all the "noise" out of my life. I was missing so many great opportunities while chasing ones that didn't serve me. Kim has an amazing ability to quickly look at what is showing up in your life, what is not, and set you on a path for success. Kim comes to the relationship with so much experience and life skills, that it is hard to believe there is a situation she hasn't tackled. One of Kim's greatest traits is that she sees things to the end. Your goal becomes her goal, and she doesn't quit until you both get to the finish line. My finish line was opening up an Ultra Premium Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar store, and on November 1, 2014, I did just that! DASH Oil and Spice Emporium has been a great success and I owe it all to Kim. I don't know where I'd be right now without Kim and her vision. She has become more than just my coach, she has become my friend, and for that I can't thank her enough!

As a performing artist, I assumed that my first session with a life coach would be about all the stuff I had been straining myself to learn. Organization, money, follow-through, etc To my delight, her first advice was to make more time for creativity. My brain said, "WHAT?! That can't be right." It was clear in my 6 months with Kim that her endgame was about my happiness and satisfaction in life all the time, not just "fixing" my flaws. In the end, I did learn some advanced organizational skills and even utilize a good chunk of them daily. I am grateful for the level of personal understanding and connection Kim was willing to give. Also, let's not forget about the undying patience that was required of her to work with a woman who, wait for it, couldn't even figure out how to use a pencil without breaking it, at first. That's how challenged I was at keeping a calendar. I could not operate the pencil. Sheesh. Kim is smart, well-trained, intuitive and invested and she is not shy about sharing all of it to help create a better, happier world, one pencil-failing soul at a time.

I am constantly reading, training, and learning with every expert I can align with in the field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This line of work found and captured my heart. My entire business prior to coaching was marketing, design, graphics, and photography. However after attending an Anthony Robbins event, I was forever changed and so was my desire for life.
