- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to our customers and communicate clearly with them to ensure we’re on the same page before starting. We also show previews from the drones to ensure we’re capturing exactly what they requested.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a large variety of customers to include real estate agents, builders, media companies, small business owners, police departments, music industry artists, and event coordinators.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure you are working with a professional who has his/her Part 107 certification from the FAA. Find out how many flying hours they have. Look at their videos and watch to see if it’s cinematic and smooth or jerky when they make their turns. Look at the finished product and see if the video is too light or too dark. We have a lot of time ‘on the sticks’ and will deliver you a professional end product.
