This is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I took my ps3 to mr. pc to get repaired but over a week after I dropped off I was told that they fixed three problems on it and none of them were the problem that I brought it up there for. After questioning the owner about what was going on I was told that I was pissing him off and he was the owner and didn't have to put up this s#@t. He also said for me to "come get your s#@t". I picked up my ps3 and now it does not work at all. A very small repair was all it needed and now I will probably have to get it replaced because the owner, who also refused to give me his name and hung up on me, did some thing to the main control board that makes the whole system not able to come on.

I am frustrated that MR. PC did a faulty IPhone repair job using subpar parts and would not work with me to get a refund for the repair. I took an IPhone to get the screen-LCD replaced on my way out of town. My phone was repaired. However the screen started malfunctioning within 24 hours and within 3 days went completely black. After this failed repair, I took this phone to an Apple referred repair company and he repaired my phone again. During his diagnostics, he told me that the parts used to repair my screen/LCD were used and damaged, as well as several small pieces of hardware not connected. He said it was a quick and poorly done repair job. I called MR PC to explain the situation and request a refund and they stated that without seeing my phone they would not offer any refund even though I offered to send in the economic repair shops diagnostics. Since I am out of state for an extended time period I can't bring my phone back for them to look at. But they refused to offer any refund even if I was able to send in my diagnostic report of repairs.

I am the owner of Mr. PC and I haven't received a call from you. We always replace faulty parts. I am looking in our system for a Jessica. Is that the name it's under? You haven't brought it to us or even let us look up your info. I want to help you but you are not letting us. We can't refund sight unseen.
