Introduction: I am a second-generation pastry chef specializing in handmade truffles, wedding and anniversary cakes and desserts. I offer over 30 years of experience and a passion for my trade. I feel very blessed to be a part of a very special occasion in my customers' lives. I have certifications in cake decorating, pastries, principals and technology in bread baking. I am only satisfied with the best. I inherited my love of the baking industry from my mother, whom I have great admiration for.
