- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size of the home and the type of floors etc. Each house is unique and so is our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend an on site visit(free, of course ) to your home. Quoting a price without seeing your home is a "shot in the dark" at best. We want to look at your home with you and discuss your concerns. It takes less than 30 minutes and our quote will be the most accurate available. A team of 3 trained maids will come to your door and begin clean immediately. We have a kitchen maid a bathroom maid and a dusting, floors and polishing maid
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maids attend "Maid University" on line training and clean under supervision for 2 weeks before being added to a cleaning team. We are continually updating and reviewing training.
