This is the second inspection I have done with Key Home Inspection, and and both have been wonderful. The Home Inspections were thorough, started on time, and we're complete with pictures for understanding. I walked away knowing exactly what should probably take place before I purchased the home, as well as what I needed to do moving forward. They have twice found items in the home during an inspection that were fire hazards, and obviously needed to be replaced. Robert took the time to explain to me what the line items meant, as well. I have referred my best friend to key home inspection, and she used them as well. She, too, was very satisfied. I was very happy with the outcome, and would recommend Key Home inspection to anyone.

Just AWESOME services conducted by Michael, having spent 37 years in the Army's uniform there is no doubt that I know what professionalism is. The method in which he used was unique in that he left no stone that was not over turned. He pointed out deficiencies that was difficult to explain on paper and informed me of his recommendations.
