Introduction: I give all my clients the truth on where they are, what they want and how to get there. Having clients obtain results is probably the most common answer. For me, I like most when clients discover they can do things they have once thought was impossible so they also learn about their abilities which is more motivation.

Calvin is amazing! He's the perfect mix of tough but caring/understanding that is essential for a trainer to be. He helped transform my body, and he taught me how to train in a safer and more efficient way. His boot camps are my favorite! It's one hour out of your day that will deliver results, and it's perfect for all fitness levels. Because of my school schedule, I haven't had the opportunities to train with Calvin as often as I'd like. I'm capable of training on my own and still being successful at it, but I don't see the results that I do when I train with Calvin because I find that I give up too easily or don't push myself like I should. Calvin is that extra resistance and guidance that I need! Best trainer and one of the nicest people I've ever met!

Calvin is an amazing personal trainer, I have learned so much from him. My body is in much better shape. He knows exactly the kind of exercises needed to target specific muscle areas. He makes the whole experience so much better.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, my certification requires continuing education credits in the field in order to stay up to par with the fitness industry.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Coming from an athletic background and knowing what it takes to get in shape, go through injury and rehab and how to continuously work hard I wanted to be an accountability partner who can relate to clients who request my services. Creating personal relationships is key in providing comfort and trust.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

There are three types of training methods I provide: One is where I provide the education needed for a new client or one who has always worked out and never received instruction. The second is the most common for me when I provide a nice and challenging routine for clients who know how to work out but lack their own motivation. The third is providing clients who know how to work out but don't want to think about what to do or want something new and exciting.
