I wrote: My father is elderly and lives in a 2 bedroom apartment. It is getting very difficult for him to clean thouroughly as he has arthritis and other health issues. He smokes, so there is a nicotine crap on the walls. My father lives in Myrtle Beach and I live in Utah, so I am not able to help him with cleaning.
We hired Donna. Her prices are very affordable. After her first visit to clean, this is what my father had to say, " Donna is a very hard working individual. She did a great job. I was very pleased with her work and I am going to have her come back next monhth after I get my carpets shampooed. The walls look good and she worked her butt off. I am very pleased with her service!"

This job was for my elderly father. We agreed on a price, after the job was finished I received a call indicating his place was a mess and the woman who cleaned should have more money. I sent a check for the agreed price and then received a text with a photo attached of a portrait (artwork) which indicated they took unauthorized photos of the interior of my father's apartment. I wouldn't hire again nor recommend.
Details: 1 bedroom • 2 bathrooms • 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft • Standard cleaning • Every 2 weeks

Place was a complete disaster and the bathroom was so bad it took an ectra hour to clean and still could not get it up to par it was so bad and the picture was pornography which was very up setting. When I relayed this to the daughter who hired me she did not believe it was this bad. She lives out of state and has no idea how her elderly father is living. Asked if she could send a little more Money as it took so much longer and was so bad. Evidently she decided not to.
