I have a wide range of experience from refinances, auto loans, structured settlements, debt settlements, Reverse Mortgage closings, Loan Modifications and Purchases. We can stop and make a phone call, so they can talk to someone further about their questions. Also, after asking to see their credentials (photo ID's, etc.), I also show them mine (my NNA card, which shows who I am and that I am in good standing).
