- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and your flooring. Experience has taught us that no unit is the same, and that is why it is best to converse with customers to understand your exact need.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked mainly with the elderly, disabled where we provide discounted rates. In our years of business, we have serviced every facet of cleaning, restoration, and beyond. Our areas extend from N.C. to Florida. There is NEVER a customer that is too far away!! Call NOW!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was extremely fond of an elderly female that had a chainsaw accident, and lost use of her dominant hand. My spirit led me to go over and beyond for her, and my workers had the same drive. We spent four hours doing all that needed to be done to include baseboards, and high kitchen cabinets that she had trouble with. She did not want us to do as much as we did, but my heart wanted to leave her with nothing to worry about. Her house was immaculate in the areas reachable, considering her condition. In my mind, if she could maintain a house of 2000sq ft. What would it be for us, able bodied individuals, to assist her.
