Jennifer makes special effort to customize our workout to my specific needs. After working with her, I see how her own experience as a runner and knowledge of injury issues has been helpful in assisting my 60 year old body get back on track with exercising. She has a kind personality as well.

Jennifer helped me reach my fitness goals and achieve more than I even knew I was capable of with running. I won several 5K races for my division with her guidance and support. More than a fitness coach, Jen really boosted me mentally as well.

Very rewarding. I have found Jennifer to be informative, helpful, fun, and inspiring. She has helped me with cardio as well as weight training. I had wanted to start running, and when I spoke to Jennifer about it, her enthusiasm inspired me to enter my first 5K only 4 months after I began training, I finished in just under 40 min. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is fun, helpful, inspiring, and who will challenge you to be a healthier and happier you, I highly recommend Jen's Personal Training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always taking courses to continue my education with regard to fitness and health. Not only is a requirement to maintain my certifications, but a personal requirement so I may offer my clients the most current information.
