The first meeting is designed to get to know one another and to find out what the client expects from the relationship. I will have the client complete a personality profile to initiate the 'partnership.’ A partnership that will be based on developing a foundation of trust.

Bachelor of Science in Workforce, Education and Development(I.e., Designing Training programs) from Southern Illinois University. Certified ATM-Bronze, Toastmasters International Speakers Organization. Motivational Speaker (former member of NCAA Speakers Bureau). Certified SHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner). 10.5 years HR-Employee Relations. Previous experience with direct sales for a Fortune 500 company. Mentored/Coached many individuals over the years. Very conscientious and a good listener. Published Author. Raised three adult millennials who’ve all graduated college.
