- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the job not hourly. We price based on the size and what needs to be done. I think we are reasonable and cheaper the most companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We clean houses and will clean commercial. My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a conversation. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, J.A.M UP Cleaning Service will do the best work possible to provide the best cleaning service to our customers.
