We also have a FREE follow up after repairs are made I like helping people make an informed decision on a house. Just AWESOME services conducted by Michael, having spent 37 years in the Army's uniform there is no doubt that I know what professionalism is. The method in which he used was unique in that he left no stone that was not over turned. He pointed out deficiencies that was difficult to explain on paper and informed me of his recommendations. When I first goggled Home Inspectors he was in the top 10 in my area and now I see why. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in construction for over 20 yrs, doing everything from framing, roofing, siding, and inside trim. I also have taken classes for the Fire Department in where I work. I enjoy helping people and also giving them the information to make a good decision on buying a house to make it their new home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do residential Home Inspections. We completely go through a house from the roof all the way to the crawlspace/ basement. Looking for any problems and reporting on any issues that we find.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am a home inspector that has over 7 years of experience in Home Inspection, but over 15 years experience in the construction business. I also am a Firefighter and have taken classes to improve my knowledge with building construction.
