- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system, but do offer discounts and referral rewards. Clients that need massage on regular basis I work with each individual. I try to keep my over head low, and offer the savings back to clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first session we would talk about needs and goals, and after the session we would discuss a plan .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from southeastern school of neuromusclar massage and now have 8 years experience in massage therapy. I am certified in deep muscle, neuromuscular, stretch, prenatal,and basic swedish relaxation.
