Introduction: I specialize in cakes; pastry; wedding cakes (small); two- to 150-person catered events, both sweet and savory; and personal chef services. MB&C's personal chef service is hired by clients and prepares meals in the clients' home kitchens based on their needs and preferences. The MCBC personal chef service will create a customized meal plan, shop for all groceries, prepare the meal, and clean up the kitchen. The chef typically leaves prepared meals packaged in containers for the client to store in the refrigerator or freezer to enjoy later. Note that a personal chef is distinct from a private chef which refers to a chef who is employed exclusively by one client and in some cases, lives in the client's home. MB&C's personal chef service can also focus on preparing dinner parties and other special events, which means they are responsible for shopping preparing the meal, serving the guests and cleaning up afterward. The menu is preplanned and discussed with the client, then prepared in their home. According to health-department guidelines, all food must either be prepared in the home of the client. MB&C also offers drop-off catering service. Delivery charges range from $15.00 to $75.00 and are determined at quotes. Customers are to supply paper plates, cutlery packs and paper napkins. Any necessary condiments provided to compliment your food order are included. If you do not choose to utilize paper products or condiments, there is no discount offered. Setup of food at location includes same as above for delivery, plus an additional 18% charge of total cost of food order. We also work on wedding cake design services and special-occasion, grooms', graduation, anniversary and baby shower cakes. Cake orders all require 25% down payment at booking to reserve your day. Cakes are individually price based on customers choice of the following: - Size - Flavor - Filling - Decoration(s) - Support systems - Setup and delivery
