Introduction: Established in 2009, Fort Mill BBQ Company has always served what we call “catered southern cuisine”. Our incredible blend of herbs and spices make our food the memorable type of cuisine that you simply can’t wait to have again. You can experience our food at either our restaurant location or in the comfort of your own home, place of work, or favorite gathering spot via the catering services side of Fort Mill BBQ Company. Our trained, experienced staff delivers “catered southern cuisine” on a daily basis to companies and individuals all over the Charlotte Metro area, ranging in guest sizes from 15 to 1,500. We cater to family reunions, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and virtually everything in between. It's more than just BBQ! Our philosophy toward each and every person that eats with us, whether it’s a catered event or a simple dining experience, at our restaurant is to make it memorable. This is in reference to not only the quality of our food but the overall experience which starts with our first interaction together. Those existing mainstay items are our hickory/cherry wood-smoked meats (pulled pork BBQ, ribs, turkey, brisket, chicken, and beef sausages), our chipotle cheese spread, our homemade macaroni-n-cheese, our smoked corn “maque choux” and our homemade sauces (our signature sauce is virtually everyone’s favorite). This knowledge that our staff offers makes the overall interaction as productive and as streamlined as possible. We will ask you questions in efforts of identifying your overall needs, your desires, learn what your budget is (a major component in today’s economy) besides any specific things you may feel we could do to make your event “special”. We will then make menu suggestions (if we don’t have a specific package that is exactly what you want) to make your experience with us as one of the best you've ever had with a catering company. After we are officially brought on board as your caterer of choice, we will then do our part; we will prepare all as discussed, deliver to your facility, and set up your food, ultimately making your day-of-the-event experience as easy and painless as possible (at least when it comes to the food). All you have to do is sit back, and take the positive feedback from your guests about your caterer choice and their overall satisfaction with the food. As stated earlier, “catered southern cuisine” is what we specialize in and what we provide each and every time. Our food has been repeatedly compared to “down home cooking” and “the way mama used to make”, that is why we have always called our food.
