Dwight did a beautiful job on our new walk-in shower. He removed the old shower/tub combination and installed an Onyx shower. His work was very meticulous. Communication about issues that inevitably arise was great. He always had reasonable options. He honored his bid. He was very considerate about laying down protection on our floors and keeping things clean. Final cleanup was perfect. It wasn't a 1-day install "as seen on tv" (if that's even possible) but he was up front about that. Love the shower!

We would have loved to use Dwight but unfortunately we did not have a chance as he was not willing to wear a mask and said "I don't play that" he said he was not vaccinated and I am high risk.

I understand and I sympathize with you being high risk. However, it would not have worked to have me and my crew work in a house and have to be masked up. It is unsafe to my crew. And for the record, I most certainly did not say, I don't play that. That's unprofessional, and any of my customers would confirm that I would never talk to a potential customer like that. I wish you the best, and I hope you can find a contractor who can meet your needs.

Thank you to Dwight and team for renovating our master bathroom. We did a complete gut. Installed a floating vanity with quartz top. New tile floors and shower. Added a free standing tub with tub filler. The end result looks amazing. Thank you again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the least expensive, but I'm certainly not the most expensive. If any other contractor is offering any kind of discount, you should be wary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure that I and my client have a good rapport where we can ascertain that we will have a good connection, because remodeling is a long-term relationship! I will be asking what your budget is, so if you are uncomfortable with answering that, then we probably won't work well together. Why do I ask that? Because I want to make sure that you are being reasonable with your expectations, NOT because I want to max out your budget.
