Quotes are created based on the specific needs of each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers are just as important as the dog I train. I expect my customer’s full trust and commitment to my program in order to receive the best overall experience possible. I talk all the issues out over the phone and meet in person for an evaluation. During the evaluation of your dog/pup I observe their behavior, body language and habits they have. Then go over expectations, my professional observation and what I can do to resolve the issues. Then we will set up a date and time to do a drop off and visit my facility. My facility is on my property, giving me the ability to provide full 24/7 attention and care. Not many other trainers provide that service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABC (animal behavior college) graduate. Apprenticed under a master trainer with 30+ years experience for 1 year.
