Introduction: BMus/MS in Music Education. Very enthusiastic and passionate about music ever since grade school! I have been teaching all forms of instrumental music for 40+ years, including all band and orchestra instruments, guitar and bass guitar, and drum set. Currently, I instruct mostly piano students, especially those who want to learn how to play more popular music or Christian music and who might want to play in bands, praise teams, etc. Both my son, Richard, and I work under the heading of Haleymusic. If your student is serious about wanting to learn, and is willing to put in the work, he/she will not find another instructor like Rich, Period! Just go watch his Musical Showcases before you start with him, you'll see!

Rich of Haleymusic LLC is a helpful, knowledgeable teacher with a wealth of experience in a variety of musical instruments. How did you get started doing this type of work?
After college graduation, I began teaching in the public schools and private student lessons outside of school.
