Introduction: Our services include the following: * Heating and Air Conditioning We provide the best maintenance program around for $89.00 on a single system and $59.00 for each additional system. If your HVAC system happens to break down, you can trust The Job-Squad to get you going again! A service charge of $65.00 is waived for all of our annual contract members. We charge by the job, so you know upfront how much the repair will be. We offer weekend and evening services at no extra charge. * Painting Our interior painting includes a light wall sanding to smooth out rough blemishes, caulking around window and door seals, spackling and smoothing out nail holes, removal of all light and electrical wall covers, and taping and putting primer/paint. Typical walls to be painted start at $0.65 per square foot. Trim work starts at $.75 per linear foot. Exterior painting includes pressure washing to clean the surface which needs to be painted, scraping and sanding if needed, caulking around window and door seals, and taping and putting primer/paint. * Pressure Washing This includes homes, roofs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, decks, porches, fences, boats, and commercial work trucks (fleet services). House washing services start at $0.12 per square foot. Call us for coupons and discounts.
