Started my business without any real direction. When things started to advance we were approached by investors. We needed an investor friendly business plan... Amin came through with a bullet proof business plan and was able to project exactly what we envisioned for our 3 plans.

Amin was AMAZING! I will be the first to say that I was not the easiest client to work with. I had alot of ideas floating around and a short attention span. Amin helped me to organize all of my business ideas and outline them in a clear and concise timeline. Not only did he help me with the creative aspect but he was a gem with the financial aspect as well. I am terrible with numbers but he provided graphs and financial breakdowns that were easy to understand. He did the research and put a lot of thought and effort into my project. I would totally hire him again and recommend his services to all of my friends and family who need help bringing their business plans to life.

Amin is amazing to work with! He is helpful, patient and responds promptly to any email or missed phone call. I initially requested Xcelmore's services for business naming, a logo, and a website background but I have since asked his company to create my whole website. One thing that I absolutely like about his service is that when he promises a day that he is going to reach out and provide you with a completed assignment, he does just that. I've worked with plenty of companies that promise but don't deliver and this company is far from that. If you are a start up business looking for an affordable and professional business consulting experience than this company is the right choice for you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our average cost for a business plan, which seems to be one of the most requested services recently is approximately $500. My standard rate is $65 for general projects and my average hours on any particular initiative (depending on the need and/or urgency) is about 10 a week. All agreed on and budgeted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I understand their specific need and what they are trying to accomplish. Then we outline (together) a step by step execution plan to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in project management and technology.
