Over the last 20 years, I have hired a number of private professional chefs to come into my home and prepare food for my guests. All of the chefs that I hired were good until I heard about Chef Laurie Erickson, Chef Laurie was not good she was overwhelmingly excellent, truly the finest ingredients, preparation and presentation I have experienced. From our initial contact and phone conversation, Chef Laurie listened to how I wanted the evening to go, and she made it perfect. Our group had several allergies and she was able to accommodate everyone. Chef Laurie and her assistant arrived 1 hour before appetizers were to be served. They set the table and brought flowers, linen napkins and candles. The food was incredibly delicious and her attention to detail with the plating was a work of art. Chef Laurie was very organized, calm, cool and collected while preparing each course, She also let us come in the kitchen to watch and ask questions. The service was flawless and the kitchen was left spotless. Chef Laurie brought the downtown fine dinning experience to us and far exceeded our expectations. Worth every penny !! If you do not hire Chef Laurie Erickson you are doing you and your guests a disservice.

The food was a nicely proportioned and extremely delightful. The staff was very professional and friendly, I did not have any issues when they catered for my event. I highly recommend It's a Win-Win to anyone looking for affordable catering and good-tasting food!
I have a lot of experience with personal chefs and caterers. Sarah is by far the best chef I have ever hired. Usually catered food doesn't cut the mustard for my food savy guests, but with her years of experience at Charlestons best restaurants she blew us all away. I keep dreaming about the lettuce wraps! She was great with our guests, a true pleassure to be around. I will literally never hire another personal chef again. Rumor has it that she is also shooting a pilot for her own show with the food network...
Chef Jay came to my family’s beach home and cooked for a birthday dinner. She was very personable and friendly. That’s not something you would think to see in the qualities of a Chef. She came out and asked us how everything was tasting and her coconut cake was to die for!
He cooked for a group of us some barbecue chicken and salad with his own recipe salad dressing and it was amazing. I can personally say that he is an outstanding chef who not only is very talent in the field but has the passion and love which is shown in his work.
I hired Chef Rhiannon from Sweet Rhi for my wife's 40th birthday dinner party and couldn't be happier with everything she provided (food, service, communication, etc.)! She was easy to contact throughout the process and worked with my wife and I to help put together an amazing 4 course menu. She then sourced everything from the local farmers market and other local farms providing organic ingredients whenever possible. The food was delicious and all of our guests raved about it. She even provided cupcakes for our kids (on the house), put together a beautiful write up of the menu for display to our guests, and cleaned up our kitchen when finished! I will not hesitate to contact Sweet Rhi again if we need a personal chef or any other culinary needs.
Chef Jane is an incredible individual with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of dietetics, nutrition and culinary skills. Classes with Chef are fantastic, fun, easy-going but loaded with information that's useful to both experienced cooks and novice food network enthusiasts.

Keith prepared a fantastic dinner for 12 of us. 3 courses that were divine. Super professional and super talented. He is a private chef now after years in the restaurant game at high end establishments! He is a full time dad and chefs privately for passion! And his food definitly tastes that way! We'll be using him again!!
The food is delicious. Air is very easy to work with, and responds immediately to any questions. Originally hired Feast to provide daily meals to my parents...they loved all of the food. She now is catering our weekly office meetings - and everything has been exceptional.
