I feel truly sorry to have to write this since Ray(PC Lab) is exactly the hardworking small business type of person I want to support, but I have to. More than a month ago Ray came over to install some Ethernet jacks around my new build home. He quoted me exactly what I was looking for, and he did the work in a timely fashion and was polite the whole time. I felt confident about his work. We couldn’t check the internet connection since it hadn’t been hooked up yet at that time, but Ray said himself when leaving that if there were any problems, he would be happy to come fix them free of charge. Well, as soon as I got the internet hooked up, I learned all of the jacks he installed did not work. I sent Ray a message and he said it would take a few days (since he leaves some distance away) but he would come and take care of it. That was three weeks ago, and after numerous messages and calls I haven’t heard anything back. Now I am forced to pay another person to finish the job. Again I am really sorry to do this, but in the end I basically paid for nothing, and if that’s not a reason to leave this type of review I don’t know what is. (P.S. I am still willing to leave a great review if we can get this resolved. I just need to get these Ethernet jacks working!)
