Latest Review: I am delighted to write a testimonial to my experience with Cody as my trainer. We work together 2-3 times a week, and I do about 2 more workouts on my own using what I have learned working with Cody. I have been working with him for about a year, during which I have significantly increased my stamina and wind, become much stronger and lost 11 pounds, which is quite an accomplishment for a 70 year old. I can now do 5 dead hang pull-ups, up from about 1, and my goal for year-end is 10 plus one handstand push-up. Cody has the formal education to support his practice and has won at least one regional body builder competition. I encourage anyone to start a program with him.
