- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 1 hour private sessions for $50. You don't have to purchase a set amount of sessions and pay as you go. If you just want to address one or two issues I recommend you plan on at least three sessions. If you purchase a 6 week session I will give a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I teach the customer and the dog at the same time so they can continue to train on their own. I usually meet once a week for a 1 hour session but am flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Animal Behavior College Obedience Instructor Training Program and mentored with a local dog trainer. I continue to read and take classes to keep up with new methods. I've been a trainer for 13 years.
