Introduction: I offer in-home personal training to help you reach your health and fitness goals from your own home, allowing you to be comfortable and secure, so you can focus your energy on what is most important: your health. I look forward to talking with potential clients to get an idea of their health and wellness goals. After our meeting, I can create a training program for you that is highly effective and unique to you. From your home, we will build the perfect platform and environment for our workouts, so allow me to hold you accountable and to motivate you. In terms of pricing, I charge $35 an hour for training. Rates vary depending on the services ordered, how far I have to travel and how many days a weeks we train. However, I am extremely flexible with my prices. I have been training with Torrin for two years or more and try not to miss a class! He has pushed me to do things that I never thought I was capable of. I am 58 years old and stronger than I have probably ever been. I was a consistent runner before, but have found the weight and resistance training he provides to be much more effective in maintaining my strength and eliminating injuries as I've gotten older. I love the group atmosphere and working out with others. He challenges us all of the time and creates a lot of variety in our workouts. It's never routine with Torrin! Our 6 am classes are challenging; it starts my day off with a major physical experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to take their workout to another level. I appreciate all that Torrin does to make working out interesting and doing things I would never have done on my own.

When I joined the Imagine center last January, I thought it would be enough to motivate me to go and work out on my own. I quickly realized that I needed someone to hold me accountable. I would see Torrin's 6 AM class working out and thought I would never be able to do what they were doing. I was very hesitant in showing up to take his class. I finally decided that I would give it a try and now have become addicted to his "madness". All joking aside, he is an awesome trainer. He motivates me to want to be stronger. He encourages me when I do not think I can do something. He talks to me about nutrition. He has me figured out! He knows I need that extra little push. Thank you Torrin!

Torrin is a great personal trainer. He is an outgoing individual who is friendly and presents great communication skills. He shows charisma and pushes the client to understand the mind gives out before the body. Torrin is knowledgeable in his training and motivation. He understands how the body moves and how it functions. His knowledge is based upon knowing the human anatomy, Kinesiology, exercise Physiology, exercise programming, biomechanics and nutrition. Torrin blends education and motivation into a planned exercise program in which he supervises the implementation of. He devises a plan or plans to help the client obtain their fitness goals and change their lives. Torrin defines the word integrity. If the client is seeking unrealistic goals or is seeking a life change with the wrong motives or false motives Torrin will correct that issue. He uses understanding and patience to sit down with the client one on one and explains how the devised program should be outlined for success without insulting or demotivating the individual. Torrin is a committed life coach. He sees the long term goals as well as the short term goals of the client and devises a program to see these goals carried out. Torrin does not become frustrated with the client nor the program if he sees it is not producing results. He sits down with the client and restructures the program not once showing a lack of patience nor frustration. He restructures the program to keep his client on tract. Torrin shows energy, endurance, and stability as a life coach. Even after multiple morning classes, afternoon one on one personal training sessions, and teaching evening classes Torrin still displays energy, endurance and stability with a side of motivation. He is focused and displays the "Eye of the Tiger" helping his client reach their health and fitness goals as they set out on their life change. Torrin knows nutrition and healthy eating habits. He will sit down with his client one on one and discuss nutrition, the good carbs the bad carbs, healthy recipes, and constructs a eating chart to help the client obtain his or her weight loss goals. He knows and understands how important nutrition is for the human body and not only obtaining the designed goals but going beyond them. Honestly I do not see what more you could want out of a life coach or personal trainer. We all have a calling on our lives, a plan, and I firmly believe Torrin Rhodan is walking in his. These words are not just letters that possess the truth and meaning. This man is training me to become not only a stronger person but a fit person. I have lost inches off my body but gained pure muscle. I told him what I wanted the first day we spoke and he devised my plan designed to change my life. Torrin is a fitness instructor at The Imagine Center where I work out. He is always challenging me to push myself which helps me see results. He is always encouraging and is always thinking of new workouts to make my workout better for my body. He takes into consideration any issues that you might have and adjusts the workout to fit your ability to workout. He's flexible with workout times and always has a great attitude!

For four years I have been doing Torrin's workouts three to four days a week. Every day is something different and it has never gotten boring. He is a great motivator and great instructor!
