- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate of $150/hr or work on a flat feet basis. Compensation is a discussion between the home owner and designer to decide which plan works best for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 15 minute phone call discussing the project and seeing how we can help design the client's space.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Dwell Chic has created designs for 400 square foot apartments to 10,000 square foot homes. We work in custom built homes and remodels, and well as just a light makeover.
