- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an Initial Complimentary Consultation. At which time I review the different methods of the way I work...the most popular one is project based. I charge by the hour for some services, like picture hanging; however, that is further discussed on an appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial meeting with a client(s) is a "getting to know you" type of appointment. We discuss the project and what the objectives are and then discuss budget. Budget is what the client sets; I do not dictate what a clients' budget should be...my job is to provide a great design that works with your finances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as an Interior Designer since 1993. I have had my formal training through a previous company. Then I obtained my ASID license. Now I remain current through trade shows, and take CEU classes as required by ASID.
