FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on cost of materials and labor. We do charge a change order fee in the event that a customer changes their mind on an aspect of the project during construction. Any additional work that the customer wants done that is not in the initial estimate will be negotiated and agreed upon before it is added to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically reach out to a customer within an hour of their initial contact unless it is the weekend. We will start by scheduling a meeting with them to discuss what the customers needs are and how we can best help them, even if that means we are not a good fit. Our desire is to realize the customers goals. After that, we will send the customer an estimate for the customer to look over and negotiate. If we come to a mutual agreement, we will then get a deposit and date to start the project. Once the project has started, there will be regular updates on the progress of the project. At the closing of the project, the remaining installment will be paid.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My partner and I have both been working in renovations our entire lives. We met at our last employment and hit off with our similar interests and goals. The rest is history!
