- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices on wedding cakes can vary based on buttercream or fondant. I can hand paint or airbrush a cake as well as working with gumpaste for decorations which will effect pricing. For private chef events factors can include distance, amount of people and if I am doing the shopping as well as cooking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading on new trends, info etc. I have to stay up to date as I am now a Culinary Arts instructor to high school students
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for food. I love when people enjoy what I make.
