Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: As a full-time REALTOR®, I am personally intrigued with analyzing what will help my seller clients' individual properties sell both by developing a marketing strategy unique to each property and pricing that specific property optimally for the current market. As a "thank you" to my buyer clients that are Veterans or First Responders, I offer their choice of a FREE home warranty or $500 towards their closing costs and I partner with a local lender that specializes in the VA loan. Previous years as a Licensed Property Manager enables me to relate to different clients’ needs, whether that be homeowners who need to list their home to sell, 1st time home buyers who currently rent and want their monthly payment to build their own equity, or investors that want a REALTOR® that actually understands what they need. As a full time REALTOR®, I do not have to wait for hours after my “real job” to handle transaction processes. Real estate is my real job. No two transactions are the same. I have worked through many different problems for different clients' transactions from buyers who could not afford to pay the closing costs, property that did not appraise, to transactions that went into multiple extensions. Problem solving is a skill that plays a major role in nearly all real estate transactions. I enjoy being there to problem solve for my clients in one of the largest financial decisions they may ever make.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For potential buyer clients, I prefer to meet either in our office or another neutral location to discuss their needs. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases and biggest decisions someone will make in their life. It makes the process a lot smoother to have some of the bigger questions answered BEFORE you are out looking at houses and under the pressure of negotiations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am ACTIVE in taking continuing education BEYOND the mimimum required classes to earn and maintain a real estate license. Currently, I am in the process of earning the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Schedule a meeting with a REALTOR before even looking at the first house with a real estate agent. It takes a lot of pressure off you as a buyer to openly discuss the hard questions up front rather than when you are in the middle of searches and negotiations. Then you have more of an idea of what to expect throughout the process rather than feeling overwhelmed by the decisions you may not know you have to make above and beyond deciding do you like or not like a house.
