Excellent attention to detail. Spent all day at the house, went through everything he could with a fine comb. Will definitely higher again - all the reviews are true! Report is easy to read with a summary on what needs attention and what needs to be monitored.Jan 19, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most homes that are less than 3000 sq ft. are priced $350-$450. We start our pricing at $500 and deduct $50 if home was built less than 20 years ago; we deduct $50 if home is built on a slab foundation; and we deduct $50 if home is less than 2000 sq ft. Pricing model is subject to change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I trained with a seasoned SC Licensed inspector for about a year and went through an intensive training school offered by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Prior to starting my training I did work in construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I went through the process of buying & selling 2 homes myself and realized the need for a quality home inspection. I wanted to provide that to others.
