My family member actually put my 60" LG Plasma in the shop in 2011. When it was ready to be picked up I had to hire two gentlemen and use someone else vehicle because of the massive size it would not fit in my car. Well two months later from it being repaired it begin to flicker from the moment when I would turn it on. I immediately called and was able to leave a message because they were closed. I have talked to a few people that work there and have been trying to get an in house repair but to no avail. I was told it would better if I could bring it in because if a part need to be ordered then they would have to travel back and forth. I explained my position of no vehicle to transport and no manpower to move the tv and well needless to say two years later after multiple phone calls if talking and coordinating several pickup times with the owners and employees only to have them cancelled, my tv has not been repaired. I am so disappointed I've missed two football seasons without my tv:( I was told by a lady that work there because the owner was nearing retirement and she and he was the only staff that coming out to pick it up would have to be coordinated with another person and they will call me when they can come and pick it up. Well still until today no phone call, no time to pick up my tv for repair and still I have a flickering tv. It's basically no longer serve its purpose and has became decor for my living room. I pray I'm an isolated case. #one dissatisfied customer
