I hired CLB to make a design using 2 different colored 3/4 inch hardwood, and select their design and could not be happier!! The finished product is the best I have ever received in all my years of buying and renovating homes, and solid enough to last my lifetime. Even my wife is very pleased, and she is very particular as to workmanship as she has personally renovated houses in the past in a number of cities. Pricing was very fair and lower than other bidders outside of Thumbtack. We also hired this company to enclose our backyard with a 100 running feet of a wooden privacy fence with a double gate on both sides of the house. Gates are strong enough to swing on and will definitively be long lasting through many years. Once again, we receive a superior installation with a number of features that other contractors would not even have not thought to offer. HIRE this contractor who has built many houses and is GREAT for renovation projects of many types.

Charles Lowery repaired a tear in linoleum, replaced a light fixture, and replaced a dryer vent tube with rigid ducting.
All work was done in a timely and professional manner and I'm happy with the resulting work. The final cost was about 25% higher than the original estimate that was made after reviewing the situation.

Chuck was very responsive to my request for service and performed the tasks quickly and professionally. He re-attached a loose gutter and piece of siding for me. Reasonable rates - I recommend Chuck for your repair jobs.

DO NOT USE! HE DAMAGED WIRING IN THE WALL WHERE HE HUNG MY BIG SCREEN TV. HE TOLD US HE WAS INSURED AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THEN STARTED CUSSING WHEN WE CALLED FOR THE INFORMATION. HE IS NOT EVEN LICENSED.

May be fine for small household repairs that require only one visit, but would never, ever recommend for large jobs. He was not very reliable or organized and he and his crew did a terrible job on flooring installation. Carpet is loose and seams were not properly closed, they messed up freshly painted walls, and vinyl required several return visits to repair bubbling (which he was very ungracious about). Buyer beware!
