- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on What I will be cooking...Someone may want everything gluten free, may be a very straight vegetarian...may into VERY healthy eating and only eat grass fed beef and organic products!!! Pricing will vary but I guaranty you it will be worth it!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet in public place like "Starbucks" ..person's food preference and a rough menu draft. And price quote...then an email/ phone with the complete menu etc.. If necessary meet again for second time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in five stare restaurants both domestic and international like Sandals Resort, Rendezvous Hotel, Le Sport Hotel in the Caribbean
