- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most times a tech can handle small issues and we charge a low hourly rate for them. If an Engineer is needed we have a slightly higher rate for them. Most on going services can be charged per month per device. We don't charge to monitor or maintain most devices outside of a Server, Laptop or Workstation (PC).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly: Microsoft, Cisco, Virtualization Solutions, Security, Linux and the list goes on. Each one of our techs and engineers specializes in a field and we make sure they stay on top of the latest technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always liked the fact that Technology is always changing and evolving.
