- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts for continuous accounts, Active Military, Seniors and Health Care Professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself. Discuss work to be completed to include any concerns. Customer signs off on agreed proposal. Do the work. Insure customer is satified. Payment options are dependant upon work and materials required. We do accept debit or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just completed 8 hours of continuing education through Mckissick school of Real Estate. I have an extensive professional library that is updated monthly.
