We are a group of 8 sisters who were celebrating our 20th anniversary of our annual "sister trip"! Having a personal chef is something we have talked about for years. Our dear Mother is 95 and had recently fallen seriously ill. We were not even sure if we would make the trip, right up to the last minute. Renee assured me that either way, she would be right on it. Renee was so easy to work with and helped me to customize a fabulous menu! She even adjusted the time, earlier than originally planned, to accommodate us. The food was FANTASTIC, plentiful, flavorful and fresh! Her homemade peach cobbler put Paula Dean's to shame! Renee and her assistant, Matt, joined right in with us; sharing stories and enjoying the banter that only a family can understand! She and Matt were just delightful AND they cleaned the kitchen and packed up all the leftovers for us to munch on later! This was definitely a highlight of our trip and we would ALL recommend Renee to anyone looking for an affordable GREAT meal! Since returning from our trip, we have suffered the sudden loss of a dear brother-in-law and are still caring for our Mother. Renee and Matt have reached out in sympathy, caring and support! We couldn't ask for more. I will try to post a picture or two but I am not the "techy" in the family. Thanks Renee for such a wonderful meal and great memories! Chef Sherri made an outstanding dinner for my family & friends during our Hilton Head vacation. She shopped for all the necessary ingredients & prepared everything in the convenience of our kitchen. Chef Sherri's daughter assisted her by arranging flowers & place settings on the tables. She was gracious & professional & made the overall dining experience complete. The appetizers, entres, & dessert we're expertly prepared in a timely manner & delivered on taste & presentation. Our overall experience was very positive & we would definitely "rent" Chef Sherri again.
Autumn makes cooking at home more convenient for you. She will either prep for you if your short on time or come to you and help with the meals. Her professionalism and work quality shows with each meal she prepares. No matter the dish your tastes buds will come alive. I haven't had a meal I didn't enjoy. Just a few dishes.... I have been to Chef Joe Randall's Cooking School a couple of times. The atmosphere was fun, and the food was excellent. I have known Chef Joe Randall for many years, it's always a pleasure to go spend an evening in his classes! Where else can you go to school and get an excellent meal?
Amie provided sausage,egg and cheese/bread casseroles, mini ham biscuits, chicken (BLT) waffle sliders, sausage balls and a mixed fruit display for our Sunday brunch. Each and every item was delicious. Needless to say there were no left overs! Amie went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using her services again. Awesome Amie Linton! Chef Dee has helped instill old family traditions into our household again. She has a strong family background and she values time spent with loved ones. The few nights that she was preparing meals for my family- it was wholesome, pleasant and absolutely delicious! She introduced us to many different types of foods and herbs. I don't remember anyone ever going to bed hungry. She's amazing.
