- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several training programs. The age and behaviors of the pup and the owner's goals will determine the appropriate program. We also offer an Active Military/First Responder Discount as well as a Multiple Dog Discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with a client via phone or email before starting lessons. We like to learn as much as we can about our clients and their dog(s) before recommending a training package. We also offer FREE evaluations every week!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Off Leash K9 Training currently has over 80 locations nationwide. A few times a year, all of our trainers attend seminars and workshops at our Headquarters in Northern Virginia. We also attend private seminars around the US to provide on-going education so we can best serve our clients!
