Introduction: Our business is caring for your home. The types of services we offer: • Inspections: general inspection of your home or villa, both interior and exterior, check doors and windows, flush toilets, check for leaks, check appliances, run dishwasher, regulate thermostats by season, pick up dead bugs, water indoor plants, run outside faucets when there is a freeze warning and meet with subcontractors during inspections • Grounds maintenance and landscaping • Complete care of your property • Cleaning: general dusting and vacuuming, remove hand marks from doors and woodwork, launder towels and bed linens, thoroughly clean bathrooms, put out fresh towels, thoroughly clean kitchen, clean and put away used dishes and utensils, clean bedrooms and other living areas. A more extensive annual cleaning is available. • Repair and maintenance • Coordinate the following services, as needed: * air conditioning/heating * alarm systems * appliances * carpentry * carpet installation * electrical * exterminators * glass work * gutters * insulation * locksmith * painting * plumbing * tree work * wallpaper * window cleaning * wood floors • Refurbishing and renovations: refurbishing and construction management to suit the individual client's needs
