I had a great experience with Williams Wildlife Removal. I had the pleasure of working with Nate for my removal services. He answered all of my questions and made sure to explain every step throughly. He was very efficient and I would recommend this company to anyone with a rodent problem! I couldn’t thank him enough. You won’t regret working with this company

Pest Control Services
Update: Changed to five stars: after the review was written I was contacted immediately by the owner operator of Williams Wildlife Removal. After discussing my concerns Mrs Williams was eager and willing to personally come to my property and remedy the situation and address my concerns in person. I respect the fact that the company apologized for any inconvenience and made the effort to address my concerns immediately. I am all about second chances and this company came through. I would recommend them to any one having pest concerns. Had to wait 4 plus days to get a rotting captured pest actually removed form house on two separate occasions, communication and scheduling were constantly an issue. Larger explanation below. Initially the Company seemed very professional and we came up with a great plan for removing some pests in my attic. The major problem came up with communication and scheduling the actual removal of the trapped pests. The initial trap captured a pest and I had to wait 4 days after informing the company before removal, which with the Charleston summer heat created quite a smell in my house. Then due to multiple scheduling conflicts and being out of town the final assessment and settling up of payment was pushed back and then had to be rescheduled. After I personally had to move an appointment on a Friday due to work, I came home to find that after sealing up pest entries into the attic one had passed and was beginning to smell and a fly infestation was starting to form inside the house. I informed the company of the issue on Saturday morning via text with no response, I then called Monday morning and was told that I could have someone over by the end of the working day. When no one arrived I scheduled through text a time to meet on Tuesday and was told 5pm. At 615pm on Tuesday I finally received a voicemail asking to meet but unfortunately I was no longer available. It is now been 4 days. I would say the company could use some work on scheduling/communication and make trapped pest removal a priority for its customers. As a trapped pest in the summer heat can cause a major issue for the home/business owner.(As mentioned above) I will admit my schedule is not ideal and it can be hard to work with and I informed the company of that form the beginning and was told it would not be a problem. What I don't accept is being told a time to expect service and not receive it. Everyone's time is valuable and with a very inflexible schedule like mine and what I would consider a pest emergency (rotting, smelling, and infesting my house with flies) I feel that the company could improve by making a better effort to appreciate it's costumers time, especially for the amount they are charging.

Fair prices. I pointed out a few issues which were quickly addressed and the project was completed satisfactorily. Good customer service, easy to work with. I have already hired them for an additional project.

Rodent and Animal Removal
I have been very pleased working with Leigh Anne and her associates. While the job is not yet completed, progress has been made, and the work has been done on a timely basis. The project has proceeded as initially described, and it has been a pleasure working with them.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have standard set prices for each repair that we perform on homes, but in order to give the client a quote, we need to visually inspect the home to determine exactly what they need because each and every home is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We initially set an appointment to meet with the client and perform an inspection on the home, which takes anywhere from an hour to two hours. If a person has an animal problem, we want to be sure we perform a very thorough inspection so that we do not miss anything. We inspect the attic, crawlspace and the exterior of the home and write the client an estimate onsite for what they need. A typical estimate usually includes the type of trapping they need, any clean up they may need and any wildlife exclusion that the structure needs so that animals cannot gain re entry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?1. Nine years of experience as a wildlife control operator. 2. Certification, training and a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association
