FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard set prices for each repair that we perform on homes, but in order to give the client a quote, we need to visually inspect the home to determine exactly what they need because each and every home is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially set an appointment to meet with the client and perform an inspection on the home, which takes anywhere from an hour to two hours. If a person has an animal problem, we want to be sure we perform a very thorough inspection so that we do not miss anything. We inspect the attic, crawlspace and the exterior of the home and write the client an estimate onsite for what they need. A typical estimate usually includes the type of trapping they need, any clean up they may need and any wildlife exclusion that the structure needs so that animals cannot gain re entry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Nine years of experience as a wildlife control operator. 2. Certification, training and a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association
