Williams Wildlife Removal
About this pro
Dave from Williams Wildlife located/removed a dead rat from my ceiling next to the garage, and Is now trapping any that may remain, then screening and securing all possible entries from outside into garage or house. He was professional, knowledgable, responsive and sympathetic to my rat dilemma! As an animal/wildlife lover, I also appreciate that they otherwise humanely trap and release animals unharmed in safe locations.Aug 8, 2018Verified
We loved working with David and Williams Wildlife Removal. We renovated an older home only to find out that we weren’t alone when we moved in. They are quick to respond and are always there when you need them!! Highly recommendFeb 7, 2018Verified
Although I didn't have the problem I thought I did, David was helpful & informative.Jun 5, 2017Verified
Great Job. Very professional. Great customer service. I was so please that they came out ahead of schedule just to provide me some peace from what was trapped in my laundry room. I was thinking the worst but thank God it was just a trapped birdMay 25, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have standard set prices for each repair that we perform on homes, but in order to give the client a quote, we need to visually inspect the home to determine exactly what they need because each and every home is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We initially set an appointment to meet with the client and perform an inspection on the home, which takes anywhere from an hour to two hours. If a person has an animal problem, we want to be sure we perform a very thorough inspection so that we do not miss anything. We inspect the attic, crawlspace and the exterior of the home and write the client an estimate onsite for what they need. A typical estimate usually includes the type of trapping they need, any clean up they may need and any wildlife exclusion that the structure needs so that animals cannot gain re entry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?1. Seven years of experience as a wildlife control operator. 2. Certification, training and a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association
